In the event of any returns, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request must be submitted and approved in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
This requirement applies to all returns of State Drives items, regardless of the reason for the return. Items must be returned complete with all accessories, manuals, software, and warranty claims, all of which should be securely packaged in their original packaging without any damage.
Upon receiving your RMA number, please repack the items in the same manner they were originally shipped to you. If the original box is marked or damaged in any way, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Avoid writing directly on the original box or its packaging.
Ensure that the RMA number is prominently displayed on the outer packaging of the shipment, as packages lacking RMA number verification will not be accepted. Additionally, please correctly label the outer packaging with our full address.
